About Carolyn Sonnek
Born and raised in Minnesota, I've been doing web and graphic design since 1999. No, I didn't go to college nor did I take any special training to get to where I am today. Just a thirst for design knowledge, an inquisitive nature with all computer programs and a good library of O'Reilly's books (Web Design in a Nutshell and Cascading Style Sheets: The Definitive Guide just to name a few) has served me well these years.
I'll let you decide for yourself how good I am. But, just ask my clients - they're quite smitten with this design kitten!
About Speed Kitten Design
Speed Kitten Design was born in 2002 when I needed a company name for my first design contract. Sitting around my apartment with my then 6-month old kitten Roxy and she had a severe case of the race-arounds. I looked over at her and said "well aren't you just a little speed kitten!".
Lightbulbs lit above my head, and the rest was history.
